Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless a different period was stated at the time of purchase. The item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition. Custom or personalized items may have a shorter or no return window; we will inform you before order confirmation.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original packaging where applicable, unused, and not damaged by the customer. Proof of purchase may be required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Return Process

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized wall decor, items that have been used or installed, and items that are not in resalable condition may not be returned. Digital products, if any, are generally non-refundable once delivered. We will specify any non-returnable items before you complete your order.
